This is a 1.5 hour fitness course designed to challenge and introduce you to non-traditional training and basic stress inoculation.
Get outside of your comfort zone into the hot weather, cold weather, sand, mud, dirt, gravel and ocean. These are real-world elements, where nature is your natural adversary. Learn how to become comfortable being uncomfortable in places you normally go, but don't train in.
You will gain confidence overcoming some of these mental and physical challenges, while hanging out with other like-minded people. Combine this course with our firearms or situational awareness courses for a complete package on how to survive just about any adverse scenario.
